  • High-Level Waterproof & Dustproof Sealing: With dense closed-cell structure, the foam reaches IP67-IP68 protection grade, completely blocking the intrusion of rainwater, moisture, dust and sand, and effectively preventing electrolyte leakage and circuit short circuit caused by moisture infiltration. It solves the core hidden danger of battery pack failure due to poor sealing, and meets the long-term stable operation requirements of battery packs in complex road conditions and harsh environments.
  • Excellent Shock Absorption & Buffer Performance: High resilience silicone foam material can absorb 80% of external vibration and impact energy, buffer the extrusion and collision between battery modules and housings during vehicle driving, acceleration and deceleration, and reduce mechanical damage to internal components of the battery pack. The compression set is as low as ≤8%, and it can quickly rebound after long-term compression without permanent deformation, maintaining long-term efficient buffering effect.
  • Wide Temperature Adaptability & Anti-Aging Property: Suitable for extreme working environments ranging from -60℃ to 220℃, it will not become brittle and crack at low temperature, nor soften and deform at high temperature, keeping stable sealing and buffering performance. Added with anti-UV and anti-aging additives, it has strong resistance to ozone, ultraviolet rays and chemical corrosion, and can maintain performance stability for a long time in outdoor and high-humidity environments, with a service life matching that of the battery pack (8-10 years).
  • Flame Retardant & Safety Insulation: Complying with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, it has self-extinguishing property, which can effectively inhibit the spread of open flame in case of battery thermal runaway, and improve the safety of the battery pack.
